Gisela Grusdys
Instrumentalist and Composer | Berlin-based Artist
Gisela Grusdys is an accomplished instrumentalist and composer from Argentina, currently residing in Berlin since 2022. A graduate of the Conservatorio de Buenos Aires, where she earned her degree as a Composition Professor, Gisela has a rich background in guitar, rock, and jazz. Her versatile talent has seen her perform with various rock and jazz fusion groups and work with brass instruments as both a member and arranger of a brass band. Notably, her arrangements were showcased at the prestigious Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires in 2020.
Musical Exploration and Technological Integration
Over the past decade, Gisela has embraced technological advancements in music production and synthesis, while deepening her understanding of Latin American folk music. This blend of tradition and technology is evident in her solo project, Vera Nois.
Teaching Experience
With over 15 years of teaching experience, Gisela has taught both private and group classes at all levels, in state and private music schools and institutions in Argentina. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes the social and communicative value of music, offering personalized lessons that cater to the individual interests and skill levels of each student.
Artistic Career
Under the moniker Vera Nois, Gisela Grusdys has created a solo music project that melds indie, alternative pop, and folktronica genres. Her evocative soundscapes transport listeners to the natural beauty of South American landscapes. Vera Nois has released four albums and performed across Latin America and Europe, bringing her unique music to a global audience. Since moving to Berlin in 2022, Gisela has immersed herself in the city’s vibrant music scene, collaborating with fellow musicians and engaging in diverse musical projects.
At the Global Music Academy, Gisela offers guitar lessons for students of all ages and skill levels, including beginners.

Lito Tabora
Acclaimed Pianist and Versatile Musician
Lito Tabora, originally from Quezon City, Philippines, developed his musical talents under the guidance of his father, Raul Tabora, a distinguished arranger and composer. After relocating to Hong Kong, Lito gained acclaim as a versatile pianist and studio musician by the age of 16. His musical journey led him across Europe in the early 1980s, eventually settling in Amsterdam to further his career. He now resides in Berlin, continuing to make his mark in the music scene.
Career Highlights
Lito has toured with renowned artists including Percy Sledge, George McCrae, and The Drifters. Since moving to Berlin in 1987, he has collaborated with prominent musicians such as Paquito D’Rivera, Eddie Harris, and Benny Bailey. His 1999 album, Understanding, showcases his diverse influences, combining jazz with Cuban, Brazilian, and African rhythms. Lito has also performed with the Du Cannivouex Theatre Troupe and a wide array of artists.
At the Global Music Academy, Lito offers piano and electric guitar lessons tailored for intermediate students. He is passionate about passing on the traditions of piano, harmony, and improvisation.
